Route 41 is a working corridor, and most of what I fly in Avondale is commercial: buildings, yards, and the kind of site where the useful frame is a clean top-down that shows the whole footprint and its parking.
The borough itself is compact, which makes it good for the wide establishing shot — the sort of frame that puts a property in its town rather than isolating it against a hedge.
Being this close to base means short-notice work is realistic here. If the weather turns good and you need something flown, Avondale is a drive of minutes rather than an appointment.
