No statement is made as to the cause, origin, extent or value of any condition depicted, and damage is never annotated or labeled in delivered files. Interpretation is yours.
A standard set, every time
25 to 35 frames: context, nadir overview, four corner obliques, per-slope detail, penetrations and flashing, soft metals, and two frames on any flagged area.
Chain of custody built in
Flight log and SHA-256 file manifest with every delivery. An affidavit of authenticity, sworn before a disinterested notary with the manifest as its exhibit, is available for $95.
Independent of the outcome
I am not the adjuster, the contractor, or the carrier. Nobody on this flight has a position on what the imagery shows.

$325 per property in Chester, Lancaster and Delaware County, Pennsylvania, and $375 in New Castle County, Delaware and Cecil County, Maryland. Four or more properties a month is $275 and $325.
Do you assess the damage or estimate the repair?
No. I capture and describe what is visible. Nothing I deliver states the cause, origin, extent or monetary value of any condition, and I do not annotate or label damage in the files. Interpretation is your work, and in Pennsylvania it is licensed work.
How do I know the images have not been altered?
Every delivery includes the unmodified originals, a flight log for the session and a SHA-256 file manifest. A sworn affidavit of authenticity, with the manifest as its exhibit, is available as an add-on for $95.
Are you independent of the outcome?
Yes. I have no stake in the settlement, and I am not retained by a carrier or a contractor. The record is the same whichever way the claim goes.
