Drone photography in Wilmington

Commercial and multi-structure documentation is quoted rather than fixed, because the useful set depends on how many roofs there are and how they sit relative to each other.
Single-property documentation is $375, delivered as unmodified originals with a flight log and file manifest. Where a file is going to be argued over, an affidavit of authenticity sworn before a disinterested notary is available for $95.
City work needs more coordination than county work — controlled airspace, people, and traffic all change what can be flown and when. That is planned before the flight, not discovered during it.
