Roofs, towers, solar and anything with a ladder problem

Look at it without climbing it

Most inspection work is not difficult to see. It is difficult to reach. A roof, a tower, a silo, a run of solar panels — the imagery is straightforward once something is up there holding a camera, and the risk and cost are almost entirely in getting a person to the same place.

Ask about inspectionsPriced per project, not per package.

What people use it for

Four situations this actually gets booked for. If yours is close to one of them, it is worth a conversation.

  • A roof before you commit to a contractor

A property manager with a quote in hand and no way to check it. Overview frames plus per-slope detail give you something to compare against what you have been told, and something to send to a second contractor without them making a site visit first.

  • A condition record before something happens

Dated imagery of a roof or structure while it is intact is far easier to produce now than to wish for later. Owners, boards and property managers use it as a baseline: this is what it looked like on this date.

  • Towers, silos and anything tall

Cell and light towers, grain silos, chimneys, water tanks. Structures where the inspection itself is routine and the access is the whole expense.

  • Solar arrays

A full array photographed panel by panel from directly above, which is faster than walking rows and does not involve standing on anything.

What you receive

  • High-resolution stills: context, overall, and detail passes on each face or slope
  • Every frame dated, with the flight log for the session
  • Originals delivered unmodified alongside any edited set
  • Secure download link, non-exclusive perpetual license for your own use

What I do not do

I capture and describe what is visible. I do not certify a structure, estimate a repair, or state a cause. That is your engineer's, adjuster's or contractor's call, and imagery that pretends otherwise is worth less to them, not more.

Location, timing, and what you need the imagery for all help.

Flights are weather and airspace dependent. Reschedules for weather are free, and controlled-airspace work may need advance FAA / LAANC authorization. I'll coordinate timing with you.
