A description of the services ZigZag Aerial LLC offers, examples of past work, and a published price list. Reading it does not create a contract, an engagement, or a professional relationship of any kind.

Every figure published here comes from the 2026 pricing sheet and is offered in good faith. It is an indication, not a binding quote. A quote issued for your specific project is what governs, and quoted prices are valid for 90 days from issue.

The full terms of an engagement — deposits, payment, weather, site access, usage rights, retention and insurance — are published on the pricing page. Those terms govern paid work. Nothing on this page replaces them.

Insurance and claim documentation is capture and observation only. No statement is made as to the cause, origin, extent or monetary value of any condition depicted, damage is never annotated or labeled in delivered files, and interpretation is the client's responsibility.

An aerial inspection is photography of a structure. It is not a structural, engineering, roofing or home inspection, and it does not certify anything.

Mapping is photogrammetry. It produces a scaled, measurable image. It is not a survey, it does not set a boundary, and it does not replace a licensed surveyor.

Agricultural imagery is imagery. It is not agronomy, and no diagnosis or prescription is offered with it.

The chart and the map illustrations on this site are drawn in the style of an FAA VFR sectional. They are illustrations. They are not aeronautical data and must not be used for navigation.

Every photograph and every film on this site was taken by ZigZag Aerial LLC and remains its property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use their delivered images and video for their own marketing, documentation and business purposes; that license covers what they were delivered, not what is published here.

Do not copy, republish or redistribute imagery from this site without written permission. Linking to it is always fine.

I keep this site accurate and current, and the prices, terms and service descriptions on it are generated from one source so they cannot contradict each other. Even so, it is provided as is, and I do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Where this site links somewhere else — a social profile, the Airdata flight record, a magazine article — that destination is not under my control and these terms do not apply to it.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ZigZag Aerial LLC is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website or from reliance on information published on it. Liability for paid work is governed by the engagement terms on the pricing page, not by this one.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
