That is what saved waypoints buy: the first visit sets them, every visit after it flies the same ones, and the building changes while nothing else in the frame does.
Cadence weighted to the phase
Weekly through sitework, foundation, framing and dry-in. Every other week through interior finish when the exterior stops changing. Weekly again for landscape and final. You are not billed for visits that would photograph the same thing twice.
Delivered in 48 hours
Stills and a short edited clip from each visit, back within two days, while the information is still worth having.
Scheduled around your crews
Flights go outside crew hours, or crews are briefed as participating persons under 14 CFR 107.39. The site is insured through SkyWatch before the first flight, and the certificate naming you as additional insured comes with the policy.

Common questions
What does construction progress documentation cost?
Progression Premium is $1,475 a month across the full build cycle. Progression Select is $1,600 a month on a six-month term. Additional structures photographed on the same visit are $525 a month each.
How often do you fly the site?
The cadence follows the phase: weekly through sitework, foundation, framing and dry-in, every other week through interior finish when the exterior stops changing, then weekly again for landscape and final. You are not billed for visits that would photograph the same thing twice.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. There is no large deposit, billing is monthly in arrears at net 15, and you can cancel with 30 days written notice.
Do you need the site cleared to fly?
No. Flights are scheduled outside crew hours, or the crew is briefed as participating persons under 14 CFR 107.39. The client is responsible for site access at the scheduled flight time.
