Waypoints get saved on the first visit and flown again on every visit after it. The result is a sequence where the building changes and nothing else does, which is the only kind of progress record worth showing a lender.
Cadence weighted to the phase
Weekly through sitework, foundation, framing and dry-in. Every other week through interior finish when the exterior stops changing. Weekly again for landscape and final. You are not billed for visits that would photograph the same thing twice.
Delivered in 48 hours
Stills and a short edited clip from each visit, back within two days, while the information is still worth having.
Scheduled around your crews
Flights go outside crew hours, or crews are briefed as participating persons under 14 CFR 107.39. Certificate of insurance naming you as additional insured on request, before the first flight.
