Common questions
How much does drone photography for a listing cost?
Packages start at $275 for Choice and run to $850 for Ultimate, with Select at $375 and Premium at $525. Every package includes high-resolution capture, basic color editing and delivery of finished files by secure download. Quoted prices are valid for 90 days.
How long does a shoot take, and when do I get the files?
A listing set is usually about an hour on site. Finished files come back by secure download, and 48-hour rush delivery is available as an add-on when the listing is going live sooner.
Do you need permission to fly over a property?
I fly under an FAA Part 107 certificate and carry $1M in commercial liability. Where a property sits in or near controlled airspace the flight needs LAANC authorization arranged in advance, which affects timing rather than whether it can be flown.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
The flight moves. Wind, rain, low visibility or low ceilings can all require rescheduling, and per FAA rules I will not fly when conditions are not safe. Weather reschedules are always free.
