Weekly build documentationContinuous documentation from ground-break to completion, flown from saved waypoints so every frame lines up. Cadence is phase-weighted: weekly through sitework, foundation, framing and dry-in, every other week through interior finish, weekly again for landscape and final. You are not billed for visits that would photograph the same thing twice.

Additional structures on the same visit are $525 per month each. Four active homes in one community is $3,175 per month covering five structures, or $635 per home. Billed monthly in arrears, net 15. No large deposit. Cancel with 30 days written notice.

Scheduled visit documentationScheduled milestone visits rather than continuous coverage. Stills only, no video, for a clean record at defined points rather than a week-by-week sequence. Matched-perspective waypoints are established on visit one.

Each visit includes 8 to 10 high-resolution stills, matched-perspective waypoint mapping on visit one, and time-stamped sequenced delivery. Compiled timelapse and edited highlight reel add-on: +$650.
Insurance and claim documentation
Independent, Part 107 certified roof and property documentation. Originals are delivered unmodified with a flight log and SHA-256 manifest. Capture and observation only: no statement is made as to cause, origin, extent or value of any condition depicted, and damage is never annotated or labeled in delivered files.
The standard set
Standard set is 25 to 35 frames: context, nadir overview, four corner obliques, per-slope detail, penetrations and flashing, soft metals, and two frames on any flagged area. Certificate of insurance naming the client as additional insured provided before flight on request.
Commercial, per visit by structure size
Top-down, high-oblique and low-oblique stills, plus unedited video from any three movement selections. 30 to 90 minutes of flight time.

Terms and conditions
- Booking and deposit
- A 25% deposit reserves single-session packages. Milestone packages require a 25% deposit with the balance billed in equal installments across the engagement. Progression is billed monthly in arrears with no deposit.
- Payment
- Net 15 from invoice date. Check, ACH, Zelle and major credit cards accepted. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments.
- Weather
- All flights are weather dependent. Flights canceled for weather — wind above 20 mph, rain, low visibility or low ceilings per FAA regulation — are rescheduled at the next mutually available date at no cost. On Progression engagements a missed week rolls to the next available day within the same week wherever possible.
- Site access and safety
- Client is responsible for site access at the scheduled flight time. Flight over people, moving vehicles or controlled airspace requires advance coordination and may require FAA authorization via LAANC. On active construction sites, flights are scheduled outside crew hours or crews are briefed as participating persons under 14 CFR 107.39.
- Deliverables and usage rights
- Client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use delivered images and video for the client's own marketing, documentation and business purposes. ZigZag Aerial LLC retains copyright and the right to use unidentifiable imagery for portfolio purposes.
- Documentation scope
- On insurance and claim work, ZigZag Aerial LLC captures and describes. No representation is made as to the cause, origin, extent or monetary value of any condition depicted. Interpretation is the client's responsibility.
- Insurance
- ZigZag Aerial LLC carries $1,000,000 commercial drone liability. Certificate of insurance, including additional insured endorsement, available on request prior to flight.
- Pricing validity
- Prices are valid for 90 days from issue. Custom projects outside the scope of listed packages are quoted case by case.
