Cancelation Policy

We will be happy to reschedule your flight due to any FAA temporary flight restrictions, unsafe weather conditions, (rain, low clouds, wind, fog, snow, extreme temperatures) or any other limitations beyond our control that would not allow us to operate a safe flight. Customers can also request a service cancellation made 24 hours or more in advance of the appointment date, and will receive a 100% refund.
